"Longing and Christmas Trees" is a postcard book in which everyone longs for everyone and writes to each other out of longing. Here, everyone has a body and a voice, so things openly talk to phenomena, forests to deer, people to cities and horizons. In the book, absurdity and nonsense the background, the deepest human experiences gradually pour into the landscape of philosophizing turtles and light bulbs. The authentic narrative is told by paintings that flirt with the texts, or vice versa - conveying feelings for which there are no suitable words we are simply trying to talk to each other.
