Refund policy
We always hope that the products purchased from Bōheme House will perfectly suit you and find their place in your home. However, if that’s not the case, you can always return or exchange the item. If you wish to exchange or return a product, it must meet the following conditions:
• The return or exchange period has not expired (see more details below).
• The item being returned or exchanged is in perfect condition (see more details below).
• Proof of purchase (a receipt or VAT invoice) is provided.
• The product is sent/delivered to the following address: UAB Mazon Home, Muitinės g. 9, 44280 Kaunas.
• The product is not returned on the grounds that its actual appearance slightly differs from the photo (handmade artisanal items are unique in shape, color, and other characteristics; thus, discrepancies between the product and its image or description are not valid reasons for a return). Items you receive may be in different packaging and may vary in appearance or shape. For this reason, such items cannot be returned.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
• If the buyer changes their mind, the seller reserves the right to refuse to accept returns of goods listed in Article 17 of the Retail Trade Rules, as well as goods customized for the buyer.
• To return an item, you must inform us in writing by submitting a return request that includes the reason for the return and proof of payment, along with the returned goods.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date the returned item is received at the seller’s premises at Muitinės g. 9, 44280 Kaunas, provided the returned item and its packaging are not damaged.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accompanying documents. Returns must be sent to the address specified by the seller. Before returning an item, the buyer must contact the seller via email at hello@bohemehouse.lt.
• The buyer is responsible for properly packaging and securing the item being returned. Fragile items must be packed to ensure safe transportation.
• Gift vouchers and event tickets cannot be returned—refunds or exchanges are not available for gift vouchers.
• Items will not be accepted for return if they have been used, damaged, or have lost their commercial appearance, including damaged packaging.
• For all returns, the buyer must first contact UAB Mazon Home (BōHEME HOUSE) and proceed with the return only after receiving instructions from the company’s representative. Returns can be made either via courier or by delivering the items to the company’s premises.
• If the buyer returns an item purchased at a discounted price, only the amount paid with the discount applied will be refunded.
• If an incorrect or defective item is received, the seller undertakes to collect the item and replace it with the correct or high-quality item. If the seller does not have a suitable replacement or the buyer does not wish to receive one, the seller will refund the amount paid for the item.
• The seller reserves the right to reject returns if the buyer fails to comply with the return conditions specified in this document.
• Defective items are exchanged or returned in accordance with the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods, approved by the Minister of Economy's Order No. 217 of June 29, 2001.
