GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are a legally binding document establishing the rights and obligations of the Buyer and Seller, the conditions for purchasing and paying for goods, the procedures for the delivery and return of goods, the responsibilities of the parties, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the online store at shop.bohemehouse.lt.
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms their agreement to these Terms.
1.3. The agreement between the Buyer and Seller is deemed concluded at the moment when the Buyer, after creating a shopping cart, specifying a delivery address, selecting a payment method, and reviewing these Terms, clicks the "Pay Now" button in the online store.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

2.1. When placing an order at shop.bohemehouse.lt, the Buyer must provide the required data, including their name, surname, address, phone number, and email address.
2.2. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate data at the time of purchase.
2.3. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that their personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order. The Buyer also agrees to receive informational notifications necessary to complete the order at the email address provided.
2.4. The Buyer’s personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only if the Buyer explicitly consents.
2.5. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except when required by competent state authorities in accordance with Lithuanian laws or with the Buyer's separate written consent.

BUYER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the agreed amount for the ordered goods to the Seller and accept them.
3.2. The Buyer must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information in the payment form. If inaccurate, false, or misleading data is provided, shop.bohemehouse.lt has the right to cancel the Buyer's registration and delete the data.
3.3. If the Buyer's data changes, they must immediately inform the Seller.
3.4. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement in accordance with the Return Policy.
3.5. By placing an order in the online store shop.bohemehouse.lt, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and undertakes to comply with them, along with applicable Lithuanian laws regulating retail trade.

SELLER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide all necessary conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services of the online store shop.bohemehouse.lt.
4.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the stability and security of the online store or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without prior notice restrict, suspend, or revoke the Buyer’s access to the online store.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy regarding their personal information provided in the purchase form and not disclose it to third parties.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the specified address.
4.5. The Seller reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer in case of significant circumstances.
4.6. The Seller may unilaterally amend the provisions of these Terms.
4.7. If the Buyer uses the services of shop.bohemehouse.lt after the changes to these Terms, it is deemed that the Buyer has agreed to the amended Terms.

At Bōheme House, you can pay in cash or by bank card.

Payment for goods in the Bōheme House online store
In the online store, you can pay using online banking services of local banks, by bank card, or by bank transfer (to choose this payment method, please contact us at hello@bohemehouse.lt when placing your order).

IMPORTANT: When paying by bank transfer, please include your order number in the payment reference. Payments must be made within 24 hours; otherwise, the order will be canceled.
