Shipping policy
If the item is in stock at Bōheme House, it will be shipped within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order items are shipped within 2–6 weeks. We deliver to your specified address in Lithuania, Europe, and the USA.
When placing your order, you can choose from the following delivery options:
Delivery to an LP Express Parcel Locker
Choosing this option, your item will be delivered by the LP Express courier service to your selected parcel locker. Delivery takes 2–5 business days.
Courier Delivery
With this option, the item will be delivered by LP Express courier service directly to your address. Delivery takes 2–5 business days.
International Shipping (Europe, USA)
For this option, shipping costs depend on the item (quantity, weight) and the destination country. Delivery takes 5–15 business days.
Order Pickup at Bōheme House (Muitinės g. 9, Kaunas)
- Weekdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Sundays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Free Delivery to Parcel Lockers
Orders worth €100 or more are eligible for free delivery to a selected parcel locker (valid throughout Lithuania, except for the Curonian Spit).
Delivery of Large Items
For large items, delivery is made to your doorstep by courier service. If you purchase furniture weighing more than 31 kg (e.g., dining tables, standing shelves, cabinets) and require additional carrying services, please contact us at hello@bohemehouse.lt. Delivery takes 2–5 business days.
GENERAL INFORMATION
• The Seller delivers goods within Lithuania (excluding the Curonian Spit), Europe, and the USA.
• When choosing a delivery service during the order process, the Buyer is obligated to provide an accurate delivery address, postal code, contact phone number, and any additional relevant information (e.g., building entry codes).
• The Buyer is required to accept the goods in person. If the Buyer is unable to accept the goods and they are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer may not claim against the Seller for delivery to an incorrect recipient.
• The Buyer agrees to accept the goods on the following day after receiving notification of delivery. If the Buyer does not accept or collect the parcel, it will be returned for re-delivery. The Seller reserves the right to charge the Buyer for any additional costs incurred due to re-delivery.
• Deliveries are made by the Seller or an authorized representative (courier). The Seller will deliver goods to the Buyer within the timeframes specified in the product descriptions. In exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. In such cases, the Seller will promptly contact the Buyer to arrange new delivery terms.
• The Seller is not liable for delays in delivery if caused by the Buyer or circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
• For orders of more than 10 items, shipping costs must be agreed upon in advance with www.bohemehouse.lt.
• The Buyer must immediately notify the Seller if the parcel is delivered in damaged packaging, contains unordered items, an incorrect quantity, or an incomplete set of products.
• If an order contains items with different delivery times, the entire order will be delivered based on the longer delivery timeframe. For example, if one item has a 1–5 day delivery time and another has a 1–4 week delivery time, the entire order will follow the longer timeframe. If you want items with different delivery times to be shipped separately, please place separate orders.
• When noticing packaging damage during delivery, the Buyer must note it on the courier's delivery document or draft a separate report on the damage in the courier's presence. Failure to do so will release the Seller from liability for damage caused to the goods due to packaging defects not documented at the time of delivery.
• The Buyer may not change the delivery address after the parcel has been dispatched. If the delivery address is changed by personal arrangement with the courier or another delivery service provider, the Seller is not responsible for delays and may charge the Buyer additional fees for expenses incurred due to the unauthorized address change. Such costs may be billed to the Buyer through an additional invoice.
